At the Law Office Of Jeffrey A. Nath,
you always deal with me, a principal of the firm. A member of the
State of Minnesota Bar Association, I am dedicated to offering my
clients the best service I possibly can. As an attorney who is
admitted to practice in both the State of Minnesota and the Federal
District Court of Minnesota, I can provide the kind of advice and
legal representation you need.
I graduated from Hamline University
School of Law in St. Paul. During my time at Hamline, I received
extensive recognition for my honed ability to effectively argue legal
cases including such awards as Honor Round Oral Argument and Best
Appellant in Section. The fact that my law school classmates elected
me to make our graduation speech also provides evidence of the
persuasiveness of my oratory skills. Additionally, while at
Hamline, I received a Presidential Scholarship and was my class’s
Student Bar Association Representative.
My applied legal experience includes
serving as a Judicial Clerk Extern in Ramsey County Court. During my
time in this position, I assisted in civil commitments at Regions
Hospital, which gave me a hands-on appreciation for the processes
involved in civil law. I advanced my legal research expertise and
brief writing abilities while in this job through the preparation of
briefs and research regarding Civil Actions. I also honed my
critical legal judgment skills in my position as a document reviewer
of legal documents for production in the discovery process of major
national legal cases. This experience helped me better understand
how to sift through massive amounts of data while effectively
identifying what represented important information for cases.
